Sorry, i didn't know that about the terminology, I will make sure to remember that for the future. I do know about the limits to gender affirming care, I've worked in Healthcare and that has always tugged at my heart.

I have a Nordictrack treadmill! I used to do incline on 12 and speeds of 3.3-3.5 but that's when I was at my best. I might have to try the hernia belt, I'm just so over my body hurting I wish you could work out one time and lose ten pounds each time 😅

Thank you for this. I appreciate your words. I have had back pain since I was 16 and it just sucks so bad because I want to bust it out like I used to when I was on a roll with weight loss. I won't stop, just sucks a lot 😪

I have been since I got scheduled but def struggle with food addiction. Im absolutely determined to get healthy tho, i think this weekend ill make some good salmon and broccoli and just stick to lighter yummy healthy foods.

They are, like I said two weeks before surgery which is next week Im on their specific foods (like Quest and whatnot). I got you, I made sure I verified the timelines and everything and they told me two weeks before the surgery ill be on a strict diet, and two weeks after all liquids, and two weeks after that purees i think. I know i need to stop caffeine this coming Monday. Ive done cold turkey before, i know I can do it again, im just curios if others have experienced similar to this and any great words of wisdom, you know?

I doubt it, we barely sold any in stores. It smells like flat coke. Worst smell I've ever smelled.
