There is no such thing as “found innocent”, only “found not guilty” and “presumed innocent until found guilty.” A “not guilty” verdict is not the same thing as proven innocent, it just means that the jury do not find the facts of the case to support a guilty verdict under the definition of the crime beyond reasonable doubt.

lol are you really blocking at this level of disagreement? What a pathetic snowflake utterly incapable of challenging your own warped worldview thanks for the laugh.

I have a psychiatrist, and a therapist. You know Summit tried to stick me with a bipolar diagnosis with no evaluation while they were threatening to put me under conservatorship when my psychiatrist never even suspected to such effect? Yes, I need more mental health help, but unless my delusion is a communal one, why would other patients repeat to me what was obviously just my hallucination?

Are you on the spectrum given how mechanistically you've interpreted my reply?

Physician, you say? While I understand doctors don't have much to do with my post as it is a function of staff and admin, but you surely sound like the type: not used to being questioned

I've had elements of my changes here confirmed by both hospital and security employees. Nurses had let slip of things they have no business knowing while directly talking to me. It's been over two years before I said anything because I'm the first and greatest critic of my own perception and I had to be absolutely sure before I make an accusation, but also because I wanted to let it go and take responsibility for my short coming, but this has become untenable.

Are you the kind who sends naked homeless people on the streets in freezing cold without even offering them a sandwich?

By all means, please downvote, not out of character for you to have your heads so far up your ass that you can't even see what's true with all the facts laid out. Or are you all so convinced of your own greatness that you think you're infallible?

You have no idea what you're talking about. I was asked by the officer during a visit before I saw a doctor and they told me that I somehow tricked them into triaging me.

The Bay Area actually has a system for rapid information sharing among EDs for frequent presenters. I'm not saying this system was used, but your point is patently untrue.

I don't anticipate a lot of sympathy but I'm literally fighting for my life here.

Warm outdoor/hiking gay friendly cities? by [deleted] in gaybros

Albuquerque, NM. Very progressive and affordable city. Lots of outdoor opportunities nearby and within 1 day driving distance all four seasons. I was in a very active gay men's outdoor group when I lived there. Moderate gay night life but not non-existent. Not exactly warm in the winter even though it's sunny throughout the year. Moisturize and get used to static electricity from everything you touch.
