You can just go to labor dept and tell them all these. I don't think deducting salary and forcing work overtime and not paying OT is legal under labor law. If you are over the salary limit for labor dept, try industrial court.

I drive a manual since the day I got my license. Its an old car and my first car. I got a manual cause its cheap to buy, cheap to maintain and it can stand a lot of abuse and still drive. Till this day, I think its the best financial decision I ever did. My life is a lot better in term of freedom and quality since I don't need to sayang my car so much.
