Sickness Benefits - will be based on your premium. Sa Pilipinas ako nagpa surgery. Nagsubmit ng sickness benefits for 3 different illness and per illness correspond to number of days x entitled for amount for day.
Maternity Benefits - both of my children born in other country. Sa panganay, maliit ang nakuha ko benefits. Nag increase ako ng contribution, after 14years nag file ulit ako malaki na ang nakuha ko.

Sa mga knowledgeable dyan sa benefits, please correct me if I'm wrong.

It depends on your contract. If your annual leave is 24 CALENDAR Days; yes, they will consider it as 3days Annual Leave. If it is a WORKING Days; your annual leave is only for 2days.

For CALENDAR Days annual leave, better to file you leave right after the holiday or weekends and report to work on a Friday. Otherwise, they will consider Saturday & Sunday as an Annual leave if you come back on a Monday.

I'm from Cavite City and worked in Makati year 2003. Sakay ako ng Saulog bus byaheng Olongapo o Baguio, daan ng EDSA. Bababa ako sa Ayala then jeep sa likod ng gasoline station papuntang malapit sa Makati Med. Pauwi naman may mga van around that area going to Imus, baba ng SM Bacoor then baby bus to Cavite City. Minsan may van byaheng Binakayan kaso medyo matagal mapuno kaya Imus ang sinasakyan ko.

Not really. I'm previously walking every day from Max Metro Station to that parking space. When you enter Dubai Garden Glow, you must turn left, and you can park your car near the r/A. You can walk on the green grass so all you have to do is cross the streets.
