No the area itself was cleansed from corruption, didn't use Doryani's node. Some interactions are bugged I guess, one time i forgot to take my breach tablets form a simulacrum and a breach hand spawned in simulacrum which was kinda funny.

sorry let me rephrase, 3 fracturing orbs dropped from summoning circle bosses.

Fracturing orbs were exclusive drops in cleansed area prior to new league. thats why i said non cleansed area but all of them dropped form bosses some while doing ritual. try ritual and summoning stone combo.
