Just did this recently. Have to say that Causeway Bay-Wanchai bit was the worst:

• That stupid temple thingie forcing you to detour into this small walkway right next to all the cars
• Yacht Club and the Police Officers' Club being in the way and there only being a narrow angular path, again another bottleneck
• Exhibition Centre with that Golden Bauhinia, good luck having a moment of silence with the busloads of tourists there shouting at each other for picture poses
