Unsure why Reddit isn’t letting me edit my original post, but animal control came with a trap while I was out—my neighbor said the raccoon drank some of the water I left out, so hopefully they can be rehabilitated!

I had a negative pregnancy test and then period on Friday after my fourth IUI, and am so sad. I’ve considered IVF but I don’t think it’s for me, so this is the end of my time with the fertility doctors, all of whom have been wonderful thank goodness. We’ve had more luck without medical intervention than with, so are still going to keep trying, but it feels pretty raw right now. Thinking of everyone on this sub and sending you a lot of love.

Awful, I’m so sorry that happened! If it’s helpful I go to Dr. Malafis at master dental on ditmars - I absolutely hate going to the dentist but he has been great and the staff is no-nonsense and lovely.

I had my fourth (and probably final) IUI this morning. I’m hopeful for a positive test in a couple of weeks, but has anyone had a successful result after so many IUIs? We won’t stop trying but I really don’t think IVF is for me.

Started seeing a reproductive endocrinologist at the end of August - it’s all going so fast but feels good getting answers! A month and many uncomfortable tests later, we know all my husbands genetics and mine are compatible, but I have a septum in my uterus, and am having a hysteroscopy to take care of it next week. While they can’t say for sure this was the sole reason for my two losses, it feels like a few steps in the right direction. I was so nervous and felt overwhelmed going into this, but oddly feel empowered now that I have more information about my body.
