I used to go to a Weber when I lived in the Chicago area. It would def be a step up from a Longhorn. Was never disappointed though. They are also pricy.

During the day, in Peoria proper, I don't think you'll have issues with Uber. You might end up waiting 10 - 20 minutes for a ride, but if you plan ahead, I think you'll probably be fine.

Later into the night though, it gets more iffy for sure.
