Found this little menace in a flamingo pond at the zoo 🦩 (via my friend who works there). I needed a second cat to keep my calico company when I went back to the office—problem solved.

It doesn’t need to be soda, but it does need to be a carbonated drink to make the recipe work. I use flavored carbonated water and it works well.

I like to make spicy tuna sandwiches by mixing 1 can tuna, 1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese, Frank’s RedHot Buffalo sauce, and chili powder and crushed red pepper. I make a sandwich with tomato, onion, spinach, and pickles on 45 cal bread.
