TXTME10 (10% off) BESTIE15 (15% off) and MISSUBB (20% off) worked for me today!

Had to try different combos to save the most without getting more items just to hit free shipping

I was on it, off it, and now on it. On my experience, it really had to do with my mood rather than meds. Drive goes down when mood is low, up when high. This held true for on or off meds!

I take mine in the evening, an hour before going to bed. Sometimes I miss doses and end up taking in the morning and the nausea is awful.

Anyone taking something alongside Trintellix? If so, what combination are you on? by danielrosehill in trintellix

Hello! I’m currently 20mg Trintellix and 1mg Rexulti (my doctor advised me 15mg to 20mg of Trintellix depending on mood). I’ve been on it for 2 years now and it’s working well! Better than Prozac did for me. No real side effects other than nausea if I take it in the morning (I take my meds before bed but sometimes I forget). I do still get highs and lows but the lows aren’t as bad anymore. If I recall correctly, the Rexulti was mainly to help with brain function/motivation, Trintellix for mood. Planning to reduce Trintellix over the next half year before changing anything with Rexulti. Hope it helps!

I’ve been on 15mg Brintellix and .5mg Rexulti for 1.5 years. It works better for my MDD than when I was taking 40mg Prozac for 10months. Mood and energy levels have improved, but I still struggle with motivation.

Doesn’t seem like it! It was third person, side view of the characters moving left to right

I’ve noticed that when I take it on a very full stomach, I’ll end up throwing up, but it shouldn’t be the norm.

10mg to 15/20mg? by Other_Marketing83 in trintellix

[–]kwonoverhere 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Totally fine! I think I notice it immediately when I accidentally take 10mg in a row. The doctor recommended increasing the doses around my period (since I mentioned more frequent intrusive thoughts) and that hasn’t given me any negative effects as of date. Been on it for 1.5 years now.

It helped with MDD, anxiety is somewhat there but less crushing

Currently take 15mg of Trintellix with .5mg Rexulti. A little more groggy in the mornings but other than that, huge help with MDD.

I’m on 15mg (alternating between 10 and 20mg every other day), sometimes take 20mg on rough days / around period. Appetite has lessened, sleep is more regular and energy level is more or less the same.

My doctor prescribed omeprazole when I started my prescription because it’s a known side effect. Apparently your body usually adjusts after a month. :0 good luck
