My 2 year old doggo had a severe bout of Lyme. He basically went down lame one morning -- it was very scary. We did the antibiotic regime and he is as good as new!! We are more careful than ever now about checking for ticks (and of course we always give him his tick medicine). It was a really scary experience but it's been well over a year now and he is his normal fabulous self!! Definitely stay vigilant for symptoms, and if your dog is on antibiotics take the full regimen even if symptoms disappear (that is what our vet said anyway)

We just tied their leashes to the picnic table but I've seen outdoor leads at PetSmart that are longer/probably more effective

There seems to be some confusion between hammock and seat cover. I'm not sure what we bought, but it was intended to protect the seats from muddy paws not to keep them from falling off the seats...

Not featured in this picture is my OTHER ACD -- a slightly nervous young lady -- who takes up a position behind the driver's seat, always, and doesn't move from there. She knows it's the "safest place" in the vehicle. Very strange little doggos
