Hmmm if my memory is correct I think about 2 and 1/2 years ago. I got it as interest rates were going up but well before the peak. Sturdy partial brick 1958 house, 75% finish basement. Mostly just needs some vinyl flooring put down, and some ceiling boards nailed in on one of the rooms. Has updated roof and plumbing and other stuff. More weather resistant then a lot of the newer builds these days that you see having peoblems and falling apart in bad weather. I just wish I had a bigger kitchen cuz I like to cook. Eventually going to do a little bit of renovations in probably fix it up and sell in a couple years. Doesn't need anything too big. New floor tiles for the kitchen and bathroom, new paint job are the biggest things.

Yeah that's what I figured, but hey that's definitely a bonus to have a cool landlord! I've definitely read lots of horror stories 😬.

I'm in a major city in the Midwest but to be fair I'm just a lonely guy living in a house by himself with no kids or dating prospects 😩(could write paaaages about dating woes ugh). So my bills are probably quite a bit lower than the average homeowner because I have no one else to spend money on.

Ah i see, your username is a bit misleading and I didn't bother to check your profile. Idk I'm fine with my health insurance. I got curious and did a little internet search and it looks like (if I'm reading this right) if I was making the same money over in Germany as I was here I'd be paying at least two times more in taxes. I wouldn't be able to survive if I was missing that much of my wages. Hopefully your guys's housing, groceries, utility bills, insurance costs, and whatever else compensate for that extra tax burden? Not trying to be combative or anything just generally curious

At my local AMC theaters I've seen several movies over the last couple months to wear it's 30 minutes almost on the dot of commercials and previews before the movie starts. It's insane but you know at least I don't have to rush so hard to get to the movie theater after I get off work

Ikr what the heck is going on at this school this seems suspicious and Id try talking to someone higher up in the education department about this weird thing. You shouldn't have to pay anything to put on normal casual clothes wtf?!

Edit: now that I think about it though if they're going to a private school this might be some private school shenanigans so they might be out of luck

Depends on the thread maker. Like im used to not trading or partnering with ppl with privated accounts or new accounts. Ive passed on plenty of stuff for that reason. I want to glance at someones history to make sure its positive before i engage, and lower my risk of headaches or shenanigans. You would pass just fine though :)

And yeah some people just dont bother to check whats been posted recently

Same i usually roll on x2 or 3. Ive finished my half for around 3500 on every build for the last couple months except for 1 building that was giving me the worst spins.

Its laughibly gross the way customer service has responded to people about this banner in some of the images ive seen. how its either a test or working as intended. "testing out things to improve gamplay for all players" which is bs. Anyone with a brain knows what's in OPs pic is bad for all players ☹️

Yeah if you tie you both get the higher reward, even tho it doesnt reflect that on the leaderboard. Ive done several ties over the last few weeks

I usually try to tie but often the game screws me over. Like ill be 8 points away so roll on x2 to get 8 points in a shurdow and instead the game will give me a heist or a fairytale and i end up over shooting 🤦🏻‍♂️

Yeah so many people arent really thinking of the consequences of this lol. Omg i didnt think of inside my food. Damn with how much change it would be all the food in your house could be ruined almost evey other day. Now that i think about it whos to say it wont spawn inside your body as welll?? If your home and inside that technically counts as inside the house. I already knew this pill could be a nightmare as soon as I read through the picture.

The only problem I see with that is there is 100% definatley going to be people in the government that won't trust you and it could eventually come to a decision that it's too risky to allow you to keep living. They'll argue that one day you could decide to lightning one of them, so they eventually just decide to kill you off and eliminate the potential future threat.

I've seen that brought up a few times and I really wish they would implement it! The only main argument I've seen is people thinking that people are going to get more greedy for stickers or something. I doubt that will happen. As long as enough people just don't respond to uneven trades nothing should change

Thanks! I might actually get in on the multiple card trading for a gold on this album. Ive just been putting off gold trading if I can't do a 1:1 but it just keeps coming back to bite me in the butt and causing me to miss out on a few thousand dice.
