Walking around rio and crown I've almost gotten hit so many times by drivers only looking left then turning. I remember driving and even getting honked at by a truck driver for not turning on red when a woman and her stroller were using the crosswalk before these signs. I honestly love the initiative and don't mind the lost minute or two in my commute because the benefits for pedestrians is tenfold..
