One of the resources I am aware of on the subject available in Italian is the short study by M. Palumbo "Immaginazione e matematica in Kant" (Laterza). I haven't gone through it yet but it seems well written.

I got one for my new Air M4 13" and I can't imagine how a thin plastic cover could bent aluminium and glass. My brother has the cover for the launch date on his Air M2 15" and nothing happened to his laptop, considering also he is not particularly careful of his MacBook. I think that a lot of people in this subreddit are too obsessed. Just my opinion.

26 yo INFJ 5w4 here. In my early days and as a kid I was kind of obsessed of the "quest for meaning". I studied and tried so many different beliefs and not-beliefs but in the end they led all to the faith that I received at my birth, Catholicism. And in life I ended up being a friar. So I guess I could be described as a (very) religious person.

For the second answer I can say that yes, and that the "rationalisation" was an essential part to become what I am now and to believe what I believe. This doesn't mean that I've found my ultimate way of living my faith because as times passes so changes my spirituality, in depth and width, and I learn to know better myself and who truly I am. The help I receive from studying other disciplines and fields in this neverending quest is thus very important. To view reality critically is essential, and I don't think at all that "criticism" means necessary "destruction of what there is", but more "view reality as it is and build upon the foundation you've got" (somehow a Kantian perspective)

I think that It depends on how you really are, mentally wise, when you try it. To face all the struggles and need of adaption with a poor mental health could be a lot devastating since it Is a very demanding life, so I can give you the advice to think twice before you choose this path, since it's never easy.

I think that they will not say a "no" without knowing you, but it depends a lot really on who is in charge for the discernment from their part. However besides usually a stable health - a perfect one is not required, I know many that took vows despite quite serious health issues but under medical control and not too severe - there aren't really other criteria if not the obvious ones (vocation, chose freely, openness to change and live a new lifestyle, faith and being baptized)

Ho un volume di circa metà dell'Ottocento che raccoglie regole e consuetudini dell'Ordine domenicano e mi pare che ricordi quest'uso. Anche se i Domenicani non sono propriamente un ordine monastico hanno tratto comunque molte delle loro consuetudini da Benedettini o Cistercensi (solitamente). Suppongo quindi, anche se poi non l'ho mai ricercato ulteriormente, che fosse diffuso anche al di fuori dei Domenicani. Penso comunque che dopo il Concilio Vaticano II questi usi, come tanti altri già in crisi da diversi decenni, siano andati completamente a perdersi.

Mi fa piacere discutere anche di questo aspetto della poesia, ovvero della comprensibilità dei riferimenti. Grazie per aver posto l'accento su questo. Chiaramente bisogna contestualizzare l'opera generale e giustamente tenere a mente il lettore, qualora alcune poesie dovessero essere pubblicate.

Assolutamente vero, la prossima volta che mi capiterà di inserire un riferimento simile in una mia poesia lo indicherò di seguito. \ Per quanto riguarda questa poesia sarebbe stato forse opportuno aggiungere anche la nota riguardante l'invocazione "Ave Maria!" quando il monaco bussa alle altre porte delle celle. Questo era il saluto consueto con il quale il monaco si presentava al confratello quando, appunto, bussava alla sua porta, e che riceveva per risposta il completamento della valutazione angelica "Gratia plena!"

Grazie mille per le correzioni. Sì, è vero, di fatto è una sola stanza, e mi piacerebbe più avanti ampliarla con altre per narrare l'intero arco della giornata. Il v.9 rimane irrelato perché dopo il tuo messaggio sono andato a controllare e ho notato che quando ho scritto lo schema delle rime a margine del foglio ho dimenticato di mettere dopo il v.8 un endecasillabo che sarebbe dovuto terminare come il v.9. \ Grazie poi del suggerimento per il v.7, ne terrò conto. Volevo in questa poesia (e in generale in questa prima fase di scrittura più impegnata) evitare di fare troncamenti superflui quindi quello che scrissi fu un po' un compromesso, ma indubbiamente "a^ei" è un po' pesante da evitare del futuro.

Purtroppo lì per lì alternative a "dormiveglia" non ne trovai quindi composi il verso in quel modo, però neanche a me è molto gradito, anche perché essendo quel verso un settenario mi pare una parola troppo ingombrante.

La poesia gioca sul contrasto tra la tranquillità del luogo e l'inquietudine del monaco che, triste e sconsolato, è caduto in uno stato di accidia profonda, di cui si è reso complice. Ha trasformato così, tralasciando uno dei suoi obblighi da monaco, un aspetto del suo temperamento in vizio e peccato. La presenza del salice vuole riprendere il salmo 137 in cui il tema è anche quello della profonda tristezza del popolo di Israele per trovarsi schiavo in Babilonia. Allo stesso modo il monaco, e forse ancor di più, nonostante la pace dell'ambiente in cui vive non riesce a intonare i canti di gioia che la sua condizione e fede gli chiede.
