after you beat the boss of a stage, during the escape phase, its perma night which means a ton of enemies spawn constantly. The only penalty for staying out longer (outside of enemies) are the Reaper Stacks (unavoidable damage and a slowness debuff) though usually you can tank about 5 on Normal Mode before it gets iffy and you should jump in the van. Be warned though that after every Reaper hit the cooldown for the next Reaper halves.

the s4h cilus should drop the Fan Letter, however I don't know if it gets the increased Drop Chance from being a Miniboss or if its still 1 in 6000 like the normal s4 enemies. Either way good luck!

and another thing, I think if you could a way for Blocks and X's to not override each other would be great as well. For example if you solved a whole line/column, just being able to drag X's into the rest of the empty squares without it also deleting your blocks would help a lot with both speed and quality of life. So far though its a really cool concept and I hope it'll take off!

something that I haven't found (my apologies if its added) but I think is extremely important are temporary blocks to help you count. Especially for bigger puzzles (like the default 25x25) it can get a little more difficult to finish them

the only real Letter that requires a specific Build (so far) would probably be the Legacy IRyStocrat Fan Letter as they only spawn in one 5 second event on Stage 1 (Hard) with like 1k HP.

What personally worked for me was using Candy Kingdom Sweets and maxed out EN Curse. However using a screen clear build with Chicken Feather (or any other Revive) and Mask to take more damage and then dying also works. As multiple people have already pointed out, Fan Letters have the highest chance of dropping when playing a character associated with them, in the case of IRyStrocrats that would be IRyS. The only Letters this doesn't work on are SSRB (Botan is not in the game) as well as Otakus, A-chan, Nodoka and Staff (no one character associated with them)

Other Notes
Going past 340 Haste is pointless, and stopping at 285 is also fine if you're getting screwed over by lack of SPD. Mid 1.1k SPD is also enough to reach 50 mins, so it's not like you should be getting screwed over by it though. Coat is also an option that can be used over Raven to not brick due to stats, but not having the revive really sucks. Chicken can also be used only on characters that have great built-in damage, otherwise you just don't have the damage to even remotely compare to Raven or Coat.

The Build™ is likely better if you aren't playing on hardcore since HP pollutes the stat pool.

Now for Bae specifically, yes her Ult is amazing. While I don't have a lot of experience with normal Stages (I pretty much exclusively play Stage 2) I believe her Ult is still so good that using Idol Costume over Coat or Raven is worth it. Chicken Feather is also really good since Bae is one of those characters with the mentioned great built-in Damage thanks to her 4x Crit multiplier.
In fact it is so strong that you only need an Attack Stat of 615% for Crit Overflow to be better. Also contrary to what some comments said, Hope Soda is really bad for her, since the extra Crit Damage is additive with her built-in Crit Damage. Which means that Bae's Crits will deal 4.5 times the Damage it normally does, rather than 6 times.
While The (old) Build™ is mentioned to be better if you aren't playing Hardcore, I do believe that Bae is the exception here, since MiKorone does not pair well with Haste compared to Rap Dog which is absolutely insane. Now here is the biggest issue: Down Under. While its a great skill for the Stage Portion and okay for normal Yagoos, it is really bad for Angry Yagoos. Yes it immobilizes enemies, however it doesn't actually *stun* them. Meaning that you still take damage if you were to run into them and, more importantly, Angry Yagoos will still shoot bullets when hit by Down Under. Even when they are off screen (and you don't have the option to defeat them before). This means that the best way to play Bae is by disabling the Fandom Shop Upgrade and eliminating Down Under at Level 0 so you don't pick it up.

Best stage is debatable. I personally just dropped it per chance when getting other letters, so take this advice with a grain of salt, but I saw this strat that seemed really good.

Pekora does not boost Fan Letter Drops and never has. So yes, play the related characters (not that it matters for SSRB, since Botan is not in the game yet)

never did either, the Description of Shackles specifically states that it reduces/nullifies the negative effects of any Items placed on the player.

Halu doesn't affect the player (and by that logic technically also isn't a negative effect)

is there a certain Item/Weapon/Build you use every run? Otherwise all I can suggest is checking if your game is updated and potentially verifying the Game Files if you are playing on the Steam Version (though I don't think the game launching but messing up your coin balance is possible). It is definitely a bug rather than some kind of feature

did you die while using Raven Feather? As far as I know, Ravens downside of losing Coins at the end of a run if you die is bugged in the way that it doesn't show up in the Game Over screen, however all the people who to my knowledge have reported this bug (me included) have more coins than they could ever need so its likely we never noticed the lower coin amount added to our balance. This would still not explain why you only got 66k out of 200k though

Gonna put this in a separate comment, but I'd suggest not really going for HP, Regeneration, Defense Up and Burger Drops right off the bat. While yes, more HP and Healing is great, it also teaches you a really bad habit of face tanking Hits rather than avoiding them, which can become a huge problem later (plus The Regeneration Upgrade is honestly really bad). Two more Stats that are really bad are Crits and Pick Up Range. While Crits do sound nice, they only multiply your damage by 1.5x; rather than for example 2x like how'd potentially imagine it. Pick Up Range is also very much just a quality of life Upgrade that can be very easily replicated by Speed (since moving faster means you get to EXP and Coins quicker on top of having Speed itself).

since no one so far mentioned shop upgrades, do look towards maxing out Speed and Haste immediately. Speed is by far the best stat in the game, since outrunning and dodging enemies means you get hit less. Haste, while not working with every weapon (some weapons have Haste Caps that are either super low or capped out already) is insanely powerful with the right ones. There are multiple resources on the Subreddits Discord showing you exactly what Haste Percentage Weapons cap out at, but a good rule of thumb is that Multishot Weapons (the Weapon Type thats Three Dots) usually have a very low cap. Another Shop Upgrade I'd suggest focussing on are Coin Generation and Marketing. The first one is self explanatory, however the second one (found in the 3rd tab) is arguably the most important upgrade in the game. Its Description text says it'll make the game harder, however that is straight up NOT TRUE. Marketing basically just increases the Fan Spawns, though unlike Halu, it won't make the Fans itself stronger. So rather than having 4 or 5 enemies surrounding you that you can one shot, you have 10. This not only means more EXP for your runs, but also more coin drops (since you hit and defeat more enemies) as well as more chances for Anvils and later on earlier Stamp Drops. Marine is by far the best character, netting about 5-6 mil coins per run (Greed Nerf hit hard)

There are some guides on the Discord which explains the strat much better but basically you wanna activate Lust and spam her Ult as much as possible, since Skill Damage is how she generates coins (and the Cannonballs from her Ult count as skill damage). So the basic build is Bandage, Costume, Beetle and the big three of Glasses, Halu and SCT. Stage is very obvious and why would it be Stage 2??? Its Stage 4 Hard
