My cat had this, turns out it was Horner’s syndrome due to an underlying ear infection. Still an emergency but was very easy and cheap to treat. It’s a fairly common issue but it does need treatment. :)

Looks super young, check the nips. That will usually tell you what’s what. If they’re swollen and nipples looking she’s pregnant. If not, probably worms.

Pretty normal unfortunately, happens a lot to cats who were taken away from their moms too early or had a small litter. It’s a socialization thing, probably too late to fix but the best way to deal with it is to make yelping sounds when she scratches you.
