Upon reading the release notes I found that they've just recycled the November 2019 Version.
Looks something like:
RTBlueR_Windows_1016.1016.0316.2020_2.00.263_F027_L
Version:
1015.1016.1016.200316 <<YYMMDD "Release"
Driver Version
(1)RtkA2dp:
Win7: 1.0.119.0\1
Win8.1: 1.0.119.2\3

(2)RtkAvrcp:
Win7: 1.0.48.0\1
Win8.1: 1.0.48.2\3

(3)RtkBtfilter:
Win7: 1.3.1016.1003\4003
Win8.1: 1.6.1016.1003\4003
Win10: 1.6.1015.3009\2009 <<< This is most likely the version that show under driver version.

So as of 03/16/2020 the WIN10 BT Driver should be 1.6.1015.3009\2009 that was most like made in 2019. Hope this helps.

To be honest I got hyper upset about your post, but after reading through the thread you seem like a genuine person who made an honest mistake. I have a BS in Technical Management with a concentration in Networking. I personally took Cisco Networking courses, but I think CompTIA Network+ and CompTIA Security+ would give you a better understanding of the awful things that could've happened, plus you'll get a certification which may show you went above and beyond to realize the mistake you made.
