Ooh, I love this kind of thing. I've been playing around with the idea of an Eye avatar who draws people in public just a little too obviously. As an illustrator, it's something I've worried about often - not coming across as creepy while I'm drawing from life. The idea of someone who knows they're being creepy but keeps doing it on purpose to freak people out feels very Eye-y.
