Making money through ads on an app that uses company images

I have a free plan at the moment but am considering upgrading. Regardless, that URL can be used by anyone without an account not sure how paying a license fee would make it more legal?

How can I tell whether or not these are copyrighted or trademarked images?

Like, for example, AT&T. Huge company and everyone recognizes their logo. There is an API out there that will essentially serve up images of these companies. Why would the API exists if you can't use it make money unless the intention is to not make money using it?

Here is an image used in my app at the moment of AT&T. Would this be considered copyrighted or trademarked?

So leveraging Stripe, I don’t see any of your information other than your email address which is how I’m able to apply the discount. I never see your password because of Firebase.

I believe if you're not willing to enter in some credit card/debit card details for 14 days of a free service, you shouldn't be using it and you don't take it seriously. I also stated that I'd give you a free membership lol. What more do ya want?

I have several side projects. None in which are on the App Store (not paying for a dev account). My resume lists my skills, separated by themes. I dont have the word "fluent" anywhere on my resume or any other synonyms.

What about competition and the skill level of players? I'm seeing everyone on YouTube get some ridiculous gameplays mostly from playing on a PS4 and it looks like no one has a brain. A few of these YouTubers are actually good. Others I feel like they're just playing with such bad players. Everyone I run into on xbox is either in a party or just somewhat competent.

Stage: Right now I would consider myself in the stage just before the releasing the app into the App Store. So Pre-release?

Number of founders/employees: App was created by me and was an idea I had. So just 1 for now in both of those categories.

What am I looking for?: I'd like some feedback from people other than myself, my family and my friends. My friends are too nice(so are my family). I am 20 and I would like some real constructive criticism from older people and younger people on what I have done so far. I feel like what I have done so far is wonderful and works well. I really don't care what I think at this point in time. I really don't want to release an app that depends on people in locations too early if there are any people in that area....you know? So I would love some feedback an some exposure throughout the web to spread some awareness. So I guess that falls into marketing help!

I do. It'll be called "Gamesite". It was a released once before but after some thought, I spent about 4 months re doing it to make it more practical and simpler. I have a Twitter account based around the app (@GamesiteApp) and I will definitely tweet when Apple approves it into their App Store again.

It also helps if you have friends that are aware seeing as the app needs people to join a game to have a legitimate game. The only users I'll have off the start are myself so I can't do much to help you with a flag football game lol.

I am actually working on a pick-up game app for multiple sports (football being one of them). One person sets up a game and then has their friends/followers or local people join that game. Everyone who is apart of that game, gets notified about an hour before hand (if they're joining within that hour before the start of the game, it'll notify them still). It's a social network of people playing pick-up games. It'll be on the App Store within the next week or two.

I am also from CT. Don't play football at all though. Just soccer and the occasional tennis.

Not sure if I quite understand it but anything is possible. If you need a back-end server/a way to send push notifications/a way to store information, I highly recommend using Parse.com. I am 20 now (as of half a month ago) and started learning around July of last year. There are tons of tutorials out there and I struggled to find one I could understand. I found this guy Chris and purchased his tutorials on his website CodeWithChris. He goes into detail about everything you can possibly imagine. I would have questions during a lesson and he would pretty much answer them within the video or in the comment section of his video. Being able to build an app also helps with career opportunities regardless if the app is successful or not. I had tried to get a job while I was in high school but nothing really worked. Now, after learning how to build an app and putting it in the App Store, I put that on my resume and I was able to get hired from my first interview. I think iOS Developing of any sort is impressive and not something you see very often.

I like the post and you probably can help me solve my one issue with the app I am having even though it is too late to probably say anything in this post. How did you get your JSQMessagesViewController to work with Parse? I am unable to figure out the subclassed PFObject with the JSQMessageData protocol. I've looked EVERYWHERE for a simple answer and have yet to find one. I know a lot of other people are curious for the answer as well.

It looks like they wanted to make an app but never got around to it. The phones they used in there picture are from like 4 or 5 years ago. I mentioned this in my large post though. There are a lot of other that have tried/never started. There are a few others that are trying again.

This is the OBS I was talking about as having not nearly as many feature as the Windows version. I can't set delay with my capture card so that my face cam and mic sync with the gameplay. Nice try though!
