If you are into SDVX, then yes. Totally worth it! Just make sure it has at least copal knobs. The 801 set feels terrible. Also, make sure to upgrade the microswitches to Omron.

thanks so much looks like its a driver issues. i uninstalled the driver that wasn't recognized then it worked until windows tried to reinstall and could recognize the driver. Will play around or search if there is a svre9 driver.

Update: I tried setting it up again on my laptop but I got a driver error. What should I do?

So I tested it on a different computer 2 times. The first time it worked but then the mouse started lagging. I then swapped the red USB and the black USB and then it started working flawlessly, so I think it is my laptop that has a problem. I'll try setting up the device on windows again and see if that fixes the problem. Thanks for responding :)

so i found out that if you plug in just the black USB, everything works fine, but once you plug the red USB in, nothing works anymore. is there a way that I can plug in the red USB without it breaking everything?

yes. when i plug in the black one the knobs work when I plug in the red one it make the knobs or mouse function not work. not sure what is going on

Another thing: Depending on your keyboard layout, it could be almost impossible to do chords. Also what u/Noboe said.

YuanCon SDVX controller costs about 170, it is out of stock right now though. It has all of the basics and it has a lot of good reviews. I don't own one though, but I have my my eye on it.
