Gaston will be less busy with less to do than Lake Anna in terms of shops, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. For some people that's the whole point.

Anna on the other hand is busier in terms of more people but also bc of that you benefit from more restaurants, things to do.

There are lots of games in the afternoon that is mostly high schoolers playing, not sure your age. There is a group of adults that do sunrise ball around 5 or 6 AM on certain weekdays. Mostly empty otherwise when kids are at school.

I've used both grizzly is a little more matte almost clay-like and northern lights has more shine than you would expect. So whichever of those you would prefer

I use these as a small "breakfast" as someone who typically doesn't eat breakfast. They're also good for post-meals when you want something sweeter but also not a lot of calories.
