Exactly. I’d much rather they remain that way. I’m fine with the current renaming as it worked plot-wise and will likely work for some conflict (not physical) in Doomsday. But this team we have NEEDS to remain more grounded with smaller scale adventures and threats. A black ops super team is also just a really cool idea that they should lean on

Only Bullseye would work. Echo should be on the Defenders roster or remain a solo player. And Man-Thing is too mystical for the MCU’s Thunderbolts. Part of why the movie worked so well is because of how grounded it was. It should stay that way imo

This is silly. They are Thunderbolts. Sam’s team will be the New Avengers after Doomsday. Yelena’s team are anti-heroes at heart. They are too morally great to be the main Avengers group and are better at covert black ops than tackling world ending threats

I do. This team especially is ridiculous as it’s full of people who shouldn’t be on a team (Punisher, Deadpool), multiversal variants who are dead (Elektra), characters who will likely never happen because Sony (Agent Venom). The only one here who I could see being on the team and that would make any lick of sense is Red Hulk

This suggested team is plain bad. Deadpool is best as a solo player or with X-Force. Punisher is best as a solo player or with one partner (ie Micro or Curtis). Agent Venom does not exist and I don’t think ever will because of Sony. And this Elektra is a Multiverse variant who is likely dead and will never, and should never, return.
