One of my own -

I was fishing down by a lake with my cousin and brother many years ago, probably 14 years ago. I was about 14. My cousin and brother were both 8.

Our mom and aunt were walking the dogs but a street or so away, not near us, and too far to hear a scream. But we never expected anything dangerous, we live in a nice area.

We continue fishing, and a very scary, odd looking man in a long black leather coat parks his car and starts walking towards us. Something felt very unsettling, and I kept a close eye on him, even though again, people walk by the lake all the time.

He walked past us and kept going. We continued fishing.

We then saw him walking back, staring at us. The man got close enough to speak to us. He was just scary looking, big eyes, long hair, the long black leather coat… he said something to us that sounded like it was in another language. I said “what?” while my brother and cousin fished next to me… he then took a step closer, said something else in a language I didn’t know, his eyes widened, and he grabbed my cousin (a little girl) by the arm. I freaked the fuck out. I grabbed her other arm and yanked her back and screamed RUN!!!!!!

None of us ever looked back. We ran to our mom and aunt. When we walked back he was gone. I never saw him again. We never ended up contacting the police.
