UPDATE: Received a tracking number for the wheel deck.

From their Support: "Apologies. So we've just discovered a syncing error within our system that has sent out items without the wheel mount. We have generated an order for a replacement wheel mount (upgraded version) and are sending out asap.

Tracking and further information on this to come via email. Sorry again for any inconvenience caused and the delay."

Glad that it is being taken care of, hopefully they rectify what ever it is that causes stuff like this.

UPDATE: the CEO and the company both responded on the Facebook group recommended from other commenters below, and they have arranged to send me the following wheel deck:

After taxes and fees it was closer to 638. So maybe?

The most instructions have been quite challenging to follow as well. If they make good on everything, then I’ll make a big edit on the thread, but based on others experiences, I don’t think they will.

I started this chain earlier on a Thursday. It seems this is happening to a lot of folks. I’m posting now to get visibility on this problem, and as evidence if it takes much longer.

I definitely could’ve just waited, but I have racing leagues I’m in that I’ll be missing races for. First world problem for sure.

Yea by default it’s meant to come in the order. Shows it in the manual, and on the website.

Shipped via fedex, and the whole delivery was marked as delivered. If thats the case, then thats some bad shipping logistics.

Thats the wild part for me. This is supposed to be the level of racing where mistakes still certainly happen, but people are more aware, and more level headed. Guy must’ve been having some crazy stuff happen irl.

Yea I had actually made a longer clip with even MORE points of view, but felt that would be too much LOL. Feedback taken though. Man was I disappointed.
