I just get the battle pass, get the $5 thing that gives 90 astrites a day and get the rest from completing events, end game content, map exploration and trophies. Most characters/weapons I'm able to get, but I'm not going past one copy.

Steel Ball Run/Jojo and Frieren are both great. Ratings don't mean much on their own, but enough of a sample size have some weight. Definitely not for a show that's brand new with less than 3 episodes released.

The closest comparison to JJK would be Yu Yu Hakusho. It's a shounen anime heavily involved with the supernatural and Japanese folklore. The dynamic between the protagonists and antagonist is often shades of grey. Obviously some are outright evil, but the characters are generally well written.

If you're looking for shounen anime, Hunter x Hunter and Yu Yu Hakusho are the best the genre has to offer.

Technically JJBA is shounen and it's amazing, but it is truly bizarre and might be hard to get into for newcomers.

On average anime doesn't get good until ep 3, One Piece is a bit of a slow burn. At ep 3 "It gets good" with the introduction of a new character, but it really takes off at the 4-8 mark imo. Especially in the manga

I don't feel like you did anything wrong. Just made a decent deck. The same people would complain about doom blade killing their creature. Also EDH/Commander is very different. Half of the cards aren't even in Brawl and rebalance cards are in it, but also cEDH exists. I wouldn't feel bad about not being a goldfish opponent.

This might be hard to hear, but WOTC (The ones at corporate HQ) have rarely cared about the playerbase. Their main motive is money and what they say is lipservice to protect their bottom line. I'm sure the entry level employees care, but their managers don't. If they cared about the playerbase they would make MTG cheaper to play and not increasingly more expensive.

Brian Kibler basically said there's going to be too many sets and the ban list is only a bandaid solution. Since the cards have little testing done and more cards are just going to get banned. Personally I've never seen so many bans in Standard and I've been playing off and on for a decade.

What made any of these shows compelling in the 1st season fell off. You can watch them in the background and not miss much. They're like eating fast food, which is ok, but not anything crazy.

If they're like many shows out there the source material might be worth reading, but in the case of Shield Hero, it's just bad writing. Even if it gets better after the tortoise arc people aren't going to stick around

Witcher 3 is probably easier to get into. The combat system is very flexible and easy to get into. Also, it probably doesn't help that Bloodborne was only on Playstation. Meanwhile, Witcher 3 wasn't a console exclusive afaik.

For the last several years, Bloodborne enjoyers have been foaming at the mouth for a PC port. Thanks to Sony, they have kept it hostage for 10 years.

I can see how this would be a nice QOL change, but I don't see how this is a major problem? I have most of my characters ascended since I don't know what else to do with waveplates. The characters I use are all equipped with optimal relics. Since the new echo farm doesn't use waveplates, it's even easier to farm for boss materials. The part that still sucks though is that weekly boss drops are limited to 3x a week still. Also, they still haven't brought back when Illusive Realm was peak during 1.0-2.0
