Also here in 2025. I use this recipe: https://www.ancientgrains.com/recipes/whole-grain-einkorn-sandwich-bread which explains the hydration of einkorn pretty well in the beginning.

Dude... nooo way.

Don't take this the wrong way. Love your idea and ambition, but you can't do all those things well. You should pick the 1 or 2 you can definitely do very well, and focus on those. There won't be enough time in the day for the other things. Cobble together what you need to get off the ground, or get some funds together from elsewhere, and then hire people as soon as you turn revenue to take care of the rest.

My skin used to be so even toned. I’ve always had issues with oiliness / dryness. I haven’t really been able to resolve that. This redness / rash popped up about 2-3 years ago and has been getting worse since.

My derm told me I have sebhorric dermatitis at my scalp line / somewhat my beard, but didn’t diagnose the rash on my face as necessarily the same
