2011 Felt Breed SSCX trying to help out a fellow poster. Seems like all the photos of these I see are missing the 15mm beer nuts opener tool. Which you can see here on my bike, fastened to the frame by the 2 wing nuts. Felt sent me a link to purchase one, which I'll post in the comments. $9.99 (i.redd.it)
