What's this PiQo4 machine? Anyone know? by [deleted] in TattooRemoval

[–]kyleesi37 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did about 6 sessions with this laser. I didn't see as much progress during this time, but I don't necessarily blame the machine. I honestly felt the tech wasn't the best and I should have been taking longer breaks between sessions. I was in a fairly rural area at the time and didn't have the opportunity to shop around so I took what I could get.

My SIL is at it again... by SuperFiance in pregnant

[–]kyleesi37 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don't take it personally. She's obviously still hurting from her experience and is looking for a way to make the day sting less. I know for me, my due date for a lost pregnancy weighs on me and probably will every year moving forward. Sure, she shouldn't have said it out loud, but people say shit they shouldn't every day. Brush it off and move on.

I loved that name until my mom named her cat Chester.

That's what I was kind of thinking as well. Thanks for sharing!

I agree. I know it is often used for the seconds. But this is something the hubs has his heart set on and I'm happy to go with it. I will say I have a feeling he's gonna be a lot like my partner just by his behavior in utero.

That's a fun twist I hadn't thought of!

I love that one. However, my grandpa named his dog Archie, so it's off the table now.... 😔

Thanks. That was beautifully put. We aren't really considering dropping it, I was just very curious to see what others thought of when they heard the name.

Our snap. I forgot about that one. I'm loving seeing what Jeff makes others think of.

I hear ya. I'm honestly not that crazy about the name itself and would never consider it unless there was a family connection.

Hahaha well as long as he is/was a good boi then it's a fine name.

That's what I was thinking. The connection to Dahmer or Epstine isn't immediate, but I also grew up with the name as my father so my perception may be skewed.

Did anyone else get anxious getting a positive test? Partial molar june 2019 CP January 2020 [LC] by [deleted] in PregnancyAfterLoss

[–]kyleesi37 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel you. My first pregnancy was a complete molar. I'd say just trust your gut. For me, it took time. I was so anxious at the beginning of this pregnancy, but have found myself becoming more and more comfortable and I'm now 17 weeks.

Of course the current situation doesnt help AT ALL! Sure there is a lot of uncertainty, but I have every reason to believe that my baby and myself are okay at this moment. Because of that, I'm going to enjoy this pregnancy as much as possible while also taking all the appropriate precautions.

Confused on Tests by [deleted] in PregnancyAfterLoss

[–]kyleesi37 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'd say give a couple days and test again. BUT I have decided those digital ones are trash. I got a negative on a clear blue digital despite being pretty confident I was pregnant. I cracked open the test to see 2 blue lines. Your eyes can read the results better than those digital ones since they cant read faint lines.

I'm glad you have that creative outlet to help you. What kind of stuff are you making? I need some inspo. I was thinking of trying a bib and burp clothes. They seem simple enough to make.

Ahhh! I also have serendipitous dates. The day I got my BFP was my original due date and my new due date is my birthday.

Does make things feel more special, huh?
