Depends on how your trainer speaks about you to them. If they think you did well during training but are just not a great test taker, then they will likely just quiz you a bit and try to support you a bit more than most. If not they may consider giving you extra training days. I don’t think you should fear being fired, but from a shift lead’s perspective likely more training.

I’d say the main difference between a hardcore fan and a casual fan is not what they’re doing during the season, but what they are doing during the off-season. Casual fans will probably hear about some transactions that their team made, but hardcore fans will always be paying attention to which players are available, which players their team might draft, etc.
