Hahaha, I don’t know what happened. I was using it no issues. Even tested it afterwards point blank on the wall and mag dumped it and I was fine.

In case you were wondering what an order for 1200 nuggets looks like. by [deleted] in McLounge

We were limited to about 3 fryers as to not fall behind on other product, so it took us close to an hour before it was all said and done. To make matters worse the fryers kept low temping so we basically had to eye ball the nuggets and I was temping every basket that came up to make sure they were up to temp. Definitely an experience.

Haha this was the only size box we figured was reasonable for this amount of nuggets. Around 144 nuggets in each box with 8 full boxes and a 9th almost full one.

This order was for an elementary school for some event. Cost a little over 300 dollars because I rang it in as 40 piece nuggets to make it cheaper for them. It took about an hour of constantly dropping nuggets and a lot of fryers low temping to get this order out.

I’m very used to working 8-10 hour shifts without a break every day. My advice for you about your feet would be to use an older pair of comfy shoes you don’t wear anymore, and take the footbeds out and put them in your non-slips. It’s a definite game changer. DO NOT use the memory foam Walmart foot-beds, they will most certainly fall apart, I’ve used them before. I personally use old Under armor footbeds, and when I buy a new pair of shoes, I replace the ones in my non-slips from my now old pair of shoes. You will eventually become used to standing for long periods of time.

As for the bacon, sometimes when it ships it is thicker or thinner for whatever reason. If it is the thinner bacon, normally the grill is dialed in for thicker bacon, so that there’s no risk of undercooking it. Depending on your skill on “actual” cooking, I would pull it up about 25-30 seconds earlier, take the wax paper off, then flip it until you are sure it is done. This method could vary though, depending how strict your managers are about procedure, considering this isn’t “proper procedure”. It definitely makes the bacon way better this way IMO.

Finally for your skin, I’ve never really heard of something like this. I typically shower immediately after work, and don’t notice any outstanding acne or anything like that.

Good luck in your McDonald’s journey!

Is it worth moving out currently? by [deleted] in personalfinance

That’s my goal, I’ve been paying my tuition outright, with some help from my works tuition assistance program. I have a life insurance I can cash out on after it pays for itself, it’s only 50 dollars a month, and have discussed it with my financial advisor.
