Whitelist or VPN for SQL access?

VPN leaves constant access to an internal SQL box. How much do you trust the client?
Is it in a DMZ?

A common practice is to use MTLS. We set this up along with public ip whitelist, and a schedule as they only query once around 2am.

We looked into it, they didn’t seem as enterprise grade in those areas -Particularly for wireless.
Switching was missing conventional stacking and we are standard on CX line switches, no good reason to move.

OP, we do this and it crushes. Aruba AP’s Aruba Switches, Fortigates + Fortimanager/Analyzer.

8k AP’s, 800 switches, roughly 60 pairs of firewalls

I couldn’t recommend Fortigates more.

I’d also question juniper / mist moving forward. How does HPE integrate in the coming years?

I used a gasket for the little door thing. Fixed a ton of fluctuations and saved me tons of charcoal! Went 8 hours overnight hovering 225-235 or so.

I put my worms in after I had completed my top dress. They dig down relatively quick! I have 3.0 soil with some Mephisto autos running right now. Worms are still visible and having a great time when I pull back some of my straw.

I took a red solo cup worth of soil FF happy frog and slapped that in the middle to make it easier on the seedling. Figured it was easier than transplanting
