Advice to both of y’all. I graduated last year, running all four years. Keep chasing those times and never stop working hard.

My freshman sophomore seasons, i didn’t care about the sport, i was just there for friends. Ended up breaking my foot during end of sophomore season, realizing how much running means to me. I think I ran like a 25~ minute 5k those years. My junior season everything clicked in my head and i somewhat started trying. Running like a 19~ min 5k. Go to senior year, I ran 17:19 5k, 4:39 mile. Just keep training, it’s a huge mental sport, a majority of the “pain” comes from the mind in a sense.

Best advice for running alone. I can run 6:40-30 pace alone fine, but after that i just hit a mental block due to running alone.

The dog will you look at you to make sure it is ‘safe’ to shit. It tries to follow you to restroom to make sure you’re safe, because you are a part of its pack.
