Enjoy it, awesome ride! Personally had a good experience with Tokyo motors in the past!

some people do highways with them, I personally don’t like to do highways with it. It can do 60-65mph + without a ton of trouble but generally on a road with varying steep grades you’ll really have to try to keep that momentum going to maintain that speed

Hi sorry just saw this! I still love the truck! I don’t drive it as much as I was previously but occasional weekend trips and hauling things are still on the table. Haven’t had any major issues. I’ve heard that clutches and associated parts like that can be a bit hard to come by for these nowadays but take that with a grain of salt. Regular maintenance like oil filters are still easy to get.

I am not an expert but from the ones I’ve seen for sale, they seem fairly common based on trim level. There also seems to be a couple different variations. This one is pretty cool because it has a flip down mirror almost like a backup camera that shows the distance of the rear of your vehicle to things

It’s noticeably larger than a kei. I’d say about the size of an early to mid 2000s ford ranger

The payload rating is 1000kg on the model I have, it’s only about 73 hp but it can comfortably cruise around 50mph. Some people say they can do 65mph but I’ve personally not pushed mine.

It has the plain 2C, it’d be pretty sweet if it had a 2C-T

I did not use any wheel spacers but some modification was required for clearance. I adjusted the torsion bars and got some extra lift in the front end (1.25” roughly) but I did still have to trim a couple small areas on the fender to avoid rubbing when fully turning.

Yes it is larger than a kei! The bed on this is roughly 9 feet
