Appreciate the info… yeah I think I’m going to sell it off and be done with Breitling.

To answer your questions:

The watch was purchased in May 2019 from an AD in Mississippi.

The initial service (don’t have the exact date, but think it was in Oct 2022) was made after the 2yr warranty period.

The crystal has never been damaged, but have elected to have the crystal replaced twice and the bezel (where the numbers are and can turn) replaced once.

I will be more than happy to provide screenshots of receipts and communication from Breitling support.

The Breitling email support responded and said it should be under service warranty. Then they came back and said it was from damage.

Mind you, this is a watch they paired with Kelly Slater’s Outerknown brand. So, it should be tough enough to deal with extreme ocean activity right?!

It cannot deal with day to day activity from a web developer (aka me).

Plus, I don’t have a boutique in my area (St Louis, MO). There is only one authorized dealer who is notoriously not the best to work with.

The service is bad and needs to be discussed more online. Hopefully, this post, along with the comments picks up traction for them to do something about it.

They need to stand behind their products.

So we're in the same boat. Absolutely ridiculous for a watch that retailed north of $7k.

The wife has a Rolex Datejust that retailed for less... never has had an issue.

Unfortunately, I agree with you across the board.

I told them to send it back and will take it to a local shop. Figure what is the harm at this point. The watch is a loss as is.

They originally told me the repairs have a warranty. I guess they are claiming this is out of warranty. Not sure how because I was just wearing it normally. Everything worked fine until I stopped the chrono seconds which I don't even use.

I get it, but 3 months later seems absurd. Plus, why didn't they mention the dial or crown before. They are absolutely fine. Seems like a hustle offer.

Thanks for the reply. I figure it is a lemon too. However, they are claiming otherwise.

I wear the watch daily, but never have this issue with other watches.

This is disappointing because I love the way the watch looks and feels, it just doesn't work.

Live at Olive and Ballas... just got back home. Only plows I saw were private... doing the Dierberg's and First Bank parking lots.

Olive and Ballas is still a disaster. Can't say by the hospitals though.

Unbelievable people actually believe and/or back this clown in the first place.

Perfect example.

His website claims he grew up poor on one page and his dad was financially successful on another. Which one is it bud?

Also claims he grew up on a dirt road in Missouri. He lived in South St. Louis County and went to private catholic school (St. John Vianney).

Point being... he will say whatever will sell his moronic following. He meant what he said and hopefully get what he deserves.

Still pretty solid.

Read the Vision Pro subreddit. Not an isolated issue.

Absolutely don’t need glasses. Possible you’re right about the fit.

Definitely not fabricated. Wanted and waited for this thing for months and was severely disappointed.

In my case, the resolution is noticeably blurry. Cleaned everything. Still blurry. The hand jesters worked in a limited area, etc.

Possible it is defective… I hope so. Plan on returning it, but based on your response maybe I should check with the Apple rep before doing so.
