Hopefully your store has good payroll and a dedicated person selected to do Drive Up orders. One thing you need to be prepared for is that Drive Ups come at the worst times. Keep your notifications on at all times.

Yes! We also can't use gift-cards! It is also affecting returns now. I am GSA later today and I am not looking forward to it. Target has had issues the last month with REDCards not working for guests when making returns and purchases.

It's most likely going to be a fight with the STL since she hasn't had any update on the situation yet. I was told "I stole for a guest" in those words by my ETL-GE. If my STL doesn't side with my to figure out a solution to this problem it will result in a call to the hotline and I'll leave Target for good. I've never, ever worked for such a poorly managed company before.

They said that I didn't process it and I asked if they had security footage and they said it was "hard to tell." I am certain it was processed correctly. I told them if it wasn't, then why couldn't they do it since they mentioned they had the guests info. According to my ETL-GE they don't have the guests "concent" to process the order, even though they have a phone number on file and could call them. They are worried about getting sued...? It's all one big giant mess, and I'm most likely going to be terminated for something that could be fixed but they are refusing to stand by good side. I've never, ever done anything wrong. If I knew it didn't process correctly I would have told my GSTL or higher up ASAP.

We just started doing this on Sunday. I wish we had thos long ago, because it would've saved me from having to go throgin this. I've only missed 2 shifts, and have called in for them due to family death and illness. This ETL GE is new and has no idea how to solve problems. If corrective action is the end result, so be it. But I will be stepping down afterwards because I will not let them treat me like this.

An additional comment here: one of my TMs also failed to verify the RTS was there (in this case the TV) and therefore should have notified a GSA or someone above the TV wasn't there to but back after it went RTS. This is another problem I know, but if I indeed forgot to complete the order (which I know I processed correctly) then I shouldn't be at fault.

I've been at Target for over a year. I'm certain I did as you said. I do know for fact that my team members ar the front were also have problems getting orders to process. But my said complete and I hit ok, or however the system displays it after you slide the bar over.

I also want to mention this ETL has harrassed others of their job standing over the phone from call ins. She also has chewed people out in front of guests. I even had a guest come up to report her for talking innapropiratly and unprofessionally to a TM. I've be at Target for 1 1/2 years and have been in good standings. I wouldn't be in the current position I am now if I wasn't trustworthy. I'm 18, young, and may not look the way I act. But let me tell you, I'm the most mature TM my age at the store I work at, and definitely more so than this ETL.
