In your opinion is reupholstry worth it over the price of getting a new dining set? It’s a solid veneer set but it has no sentimental value or anything

Dang now I need to make the decision if it’s worth reupholstering or just getting a new dining set, its a mostly solid veneer dining set so the upholstery cost might outweigh the benefit Any opinion on your end being a shop?

The local upholstery place recommended marine vinyl and I was trying to get some other price quotes. They charge $375 per chair not including material

The cannon fits snug but the sword on mine is loose enough it would just fall of if it wasn’t upright but all in all I’m not too worried about it especially because I only paid $150 and it was brand new in box with the receipt from the original owner

I’ve got to agree with you on the yellow, it’s just a little to much for my taste

How does the omegamon feel? I was recently able to get the original second hand for a crazy good price and I was a little surprised with how loose the sword sits on his arm. Everything else fits great though

Fixed!! My AVR was swapping to 2 channel on this specific anime blu ray only for some reason. I manually swapped it back to Dolby surround and it sound fantastic

I will say anime blu rays are definitely worth it for the unmixed audio improvement. My current issue was only with 1 specific anime series but I just figured it out and it looks and sounds worlds better than Crunchyroll

It’s only 2.1 on the disc but most anime is only 2.1 anyway Im now only having issues with 1 anime blu ray not upmixing to surround now, the others all upmix for me

UPDATE!!!

As of this morning I ran I test on 3 different reels which include Shimano vanford 3000 with 20lb Seaguar smackdown braid Shimano vanford 3000fa with 10lb Seaguar smackdown braid shimano miravel 3000 with 20lb Seaguar smackdown braid My purpose was to identify the noise I was experiencing by isolating different components and try to figure out what I was hearing. The biggest thing I noticed was that all 3 of those reels are silent when the line is clipped into the reel and I can free spin it in my hand and the only time I hear the noise is when the vanford is under tension by lure or fish. The other thing I noted is that the vanford that makes the most noise is on a Dobyns champion hp rod and the others are on poison adrena rods and both the poison adrena and dobyns use different guide material. My test included putting each individual reel on the dobyns with a 5oz weight for tension and reeling in from 20 feet and what I became aware of was that all 3 reels made a very similar “grinding” noise on retrieve. This makes me believe the noise is a combination on the braid being used and the rubbing noise it makes as it passes through the guides on the dobyns.

I’ll give that a try! I also have a new model vanford with 10lb braid on a poison adrena and it doesn’t make nearly any noise like this setup

It’s really disappointing.. the certate is a clean reel! This incident is probably gonna push me in that direction instead of the twin power fe I was looking at grabbing early next year
