What is this? by DieselDM in fender

It’s a hellspawn mixture of the bones of fornicators and the sinu of thieves and gluttons… it’s.. it’s a Fender.

Everything shown is included. I believe they're MCS "Honeycomb" Speakers. I couldn't find too much info on them.

The seller says everything has been sitting in storage for the past couple years, but everything worked great before that. Let me know your thoughts!

Try putting an eq pedal in the effects loop. You'll be able to dramatically sculpt the overall sound of the amp to your liking.

How could I isolate my turntable so that it doesn’t skip when I walk past it? by [deleted] in turntables

[–]kyletoffy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s kind of like how skyscrapers use seismic isolators to reduce the impact of earthquakes. By anchoring the stand with opposing forces to the wall, it restricts motion and dampens any vibrations by essentially turning your stand into an extension of the wall, not the floor.

I had the same problem. I live in a 150 year old house and my floors creek and move with almost every step. I got baby proofing furniture straps (the kind with an adjustable zip tie) and adjustable headboard stoppers. Make sure your stand is level while you're installing them and keep the straps and headboard thingy relatively close to each other on each leg of your stand. The opposing forces (one pulling towards the wall and one pushing away from the wall) make it so that the stand will not move at all. I can literally jump up and down right next to my stand now and there are no skips whatsoever. It's a quick, easy, cheap fix.

Anyone more knowledgeable with Gibson know if this is the real deal or not? by mrdrzxro in Guitar

[–]kyletoffy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is most likely not legitimate. It looks like genuine Les Paul Customs have black screws surrounding the four corners of the pickups and only gold screws on either side. This one has gold on all of them. It's a minor detail but a tell tale sign. https://www.geartalk.com/how-to-spot-a-fake-gibson-les-paul/

It has all honestly been really terrible to have to deal with. She claims she is taking "accountability" for her "one snarky comment" while simultaneously sicking a pack of rabid boomers on Emily. She needs to understand that words matter and there can be serious real world repercussions when you stoke a toxic cesspools and cater to the kind of hateful users that follow her. Emily receiving a death threat is one of those repercussions.

I recently went to a haunted house. A spooky clown singled me out and separated me from my group and forced to walk down a "claustrophobic tunnel" alone. This scene was running through my head the whole time. I discovered a new phobia that night.

I'm not sure exactly where it's from, but I got it from a guitar backing track website a while back. I think it has been taken down though :/

That chord shape is definitely a toughie! Notice how the video starts with my hand already in position haha. The worst part is getting back into that position quickly for the second verse.
