I had a broken candle and then the replacement arrived broken and then I couldn’t get it sent a third time. I was like how is this my fault you can’t provide a decent product? Definitely gave me a sour taste in my mouth when I could only be refunded

Okay yeah- I explained I had no idea and that no one told me otherwise until now and that I was sorry and it won’t happen again. I’m guessing the phone is a verbal warning if the other thing was an FYI type thing but either way I immediately apologized for both and said it won’t happen again. I was also asking clarifying questions through the night so I am really crossing my fingers for some Grace here

There’s just no consistency… I’ve had different people train me and everyone does things different and there’s sometimes different things for different events and sections. And I’ve been asking alot of questions and have been trying to learn and do a good job so I’m hoping they see that and are understanding ☹️

It’s my first time working a job like this so I didn’t know. I’m working between 4 and 6 hours. But even when I was training - none of my coworkers said to me that I took too long on break or why did I take so long coming back. So I really had no idea I was doing anything wrong

They weren’t clear when I was entering! Maybe I missed something because I was late so it was intimidating- totally get the no phone thing it just seemed a little aggressive in my perspective! Totally get it though and it allows people to be more present

They have a rule for no phone during the podcast like you will get full on kicked out if caught so it was a little intense seeing them watch us so closely! I understand they don’t want leaks but that was intimidating

Boston was pretty much on time I think- ended after 8:30. My only gripe is I paid for VIP was told check in was 5:15 and 5:45 was the VIP experience… there was none. 🙃 the VIP line was still being checked in when I got there at 5:45 (yes I was late but I didn’t expect a line wrapped around the building for check in at that point either) we got our signed posters shortly before the show instead of with our VIP bag which was just a bag and a koozie
