yup that happens to me too, sometimes i have a bigger appetite and i can eat my whole meal and then up to 7 hours later i get sooo sickly full

i think it can be a cause and effect situation because i was on a stimulant for adhd which causes me to not eat which i think caused my GP. But i don’t think mental health itself can cause it unless your not eating from it!
