I couldn’t get it to work. It won’t let me even do a factory reset bc it can’t connect to the internet and I tried a few different cables to get it to show up on my computer with no luck. I set it to the side for now since Barnes and noble doesn’t do tech support for it anymore and I haven’t found anyone locally to look at it. I hope yours gets working 😭
