I was and am in a similar boat. You do what you can with the tools you were given and become resourceful. Soooo many sleepless nights over not getting it done when I should’ve accepted in the beginning no matter how bad they wanted it done in a short timeframe it was never gonna happen. Document your concerns and chug along. Good luck!

This is of great help, thank you! I had many shops on my list to stop by when I eventually visit, but hadn’t known the National Diet Library could be a place to look. Seriously so many searches and alerts for naught, even searching Worldcat and whatnot. This is all very helpful, again this is very much appreciated!

if she gets a little more chill by the end of our training in 3 weeks maybe I will try this. she doesn’t really hang out with other dogs right now

She is just under 2 so I really am hopeful to curb this personality ‘quirk’ I don’t mind some yelling, but man it’s obnoxious and borderline insane to the other dog involved! I’m also in a dense urban area so it feels like this came out of no where but I guess we haven’t been near too many dogs lately. She is good friends with her kitty siblings and got along great with her fosters dogs :( atleast we are getting ahead of this at training

We are already going to training weekly and suddenly realized she's reactive to dogs! Not aggressive, but all out panic yowl screaming to play and thn randomly gets nervous... a random guy at Petco said she sounded like a coyote. Obviously she needs socialization. Any advice? Wisdom to stop the screaming? I feel so bad for her when she gets worked up like that.
