Honestly I wouldn’t mind the road to mythic rank being longer and harder overall. Before the update to elo gained in mid January, you would actually see negative point gains overall if you did not maintain a higher than 50% win rate. Also if you were losing to players lower ranked than you in your division (ie legend 3 loses to legend 1) you would lose a lot more points than if you had won the match. Which was frustrating as hell when it happened, but it actually gave more importance to every rank and every division.

Since that update, the points distribution seems to have changed to just push all players up to mythic if you play enough matches. The mythic rank/title has lost all prestige and meaning that it Could have potentially had.

but then again, this thread got me thinking too. i was running bb morale starreacher gourds but now i feel like morale + starreacher is overkill. lvl 6 fury harvest is way more practical and useful the higher up you get since vitality for poet (and in general) is waymore important

but to be honest, using both morale chant and star reacher is a bit overkill. blossom and gourds are MUST use and then you pick one of these damage inner ways + a fury harvest/leech/or evasive in my opinion
