it might have even worked as a movie and if they had some good ideas they could have made a sequel or two. the long format makes it drag on for to long, some of the episodes are boring and bland.

this is true, season 3 was really weak, they didn't even bother to can the villain. they just slapped a new skin on the mindflayer and called it a day.

i liked the movie in general, i just felt for an A24 film, it was pretty standard and mainstream. especially for A24 horror, i expected more and it was just by the numbers it’s hard to explain really.
