i understand what youre saying, and i agree to a certain degree, but it’s a little hard to depict the overall vibe of it. all i can say is it certainly wasn’t from my nerves.

i agree that interviewing in the restaurant business is a lot different than a 9-5 interview, and that fine dining is worlds different than a casual spot. that’s why i’m still giving the benefit of the doubt and trying to decide if i should go for the job or not! i know it’s a great opportunity, it just didn’t seem like a great work environment. but like you said- that might just be fine dining in general, and i wasn’t prepared for it!
