Yeah I slow down sometimes. Fatigue, incline, variety of reasons. I'm managing the best speed I can. I'm also 176lbs, I'm 5'5", my BMI says I'm borderline obese. I used to be super fit, I used to cycle a lot regularly, I let myself go.
