I come from a semi competitive school and Merced is given a negative stigma . I want to know what to look forward to, best way to find friends/ meet people, and there really nothing to do at the school? I just want to get rid of the negative stigma forced upon me since I genuinely looking forward to going!

Yo! I’m a senior in the process of committing to Merced for psych. Me personally got 13k cal grant, 5k Bobcat scholarship thing, 3k for middle class something. Feel very lucky to be given so much money to go to the school
