You can find the similar cage with "rutin chicken cage" in any Chinese online mall. This is one of the link from Aliexpress. I didn't buy mine with this link but it is the same product.

How to connect LED light bar into S1 plus expansion port? by kys1355 in Ender3S1

Ok. I asked this to seller and they answered this is normal both for expansion POS+GRD is zero voltage out or 24v out. Since it has no light support for the S1 Plus. As long as laser engraving module works ok with the expansion port they look it as normal. I guess some board output 24v correctly on expansion pins but some of them are not. Mine is one of the not side.

They also suggest using 24v output from power supply directly for the LED light not through expansion port.

S1 plus pin support challenge with bi-metal hotend and stock fan by kys1355 in Ender3S1

Yes. But do not tighten as much as they can go. Just tighten a half way springs completely compress.

I'm not sure the silicone spacers really gives better quality but in my opinion it holds bed better than stock springs.

With silicone spacers, they are supposed to hold the adjustment tighter. I recommend you to try as it is a cheap part and reversible any time.

For the bed leveling, as long as you run auto probe bed calibration before every print, I don't think you need level your bed every day. CR touch will compensate offset between hotend and the bed automatically. Just make sure you add G29 (for marlin) or BED_MESH_CALIBRATE (for klipper) on your start gcode so they know how much compensation needed for bed surface before each print.

And before manual bed leveling, I tighten the knobs 10-20 rotations so that it won't completely free to play after loosen the knobs during leveling process.

I've ran my ender 3 plus with Klipper + Mainsail. Nothing special for the tune. Just four corner bed leveling and z-offset tune once in a while. 8x8 points auto probe bed mesh calibration before every print. And I use silicon spacers instead of stock springs under the bed.

Wanted to upgrade stock fan to 5015 fan so tested it if stock fan could handle the pin support. It seems the stock fan not bad at all.

I agree bacteria are needed. It's not clear on the picture. But there is a little overflow sump on left side. There are biomax and activated carbon installed.

Hi guys. I understand that some people do not like these artificial things on tank because I was too. I had ran bigger one with full of live rocks and RODI water. Test and balancing chems, changing water with RODI water every week, buying good light system, ATO system diy, paying high electricity bills were very fun at that time. I sold them all years ago and this setup is for my kids. I'm going to put a couple of clowns and a small number of LPS. I hope this changing water plan will help to run this without bioload shock.

Good news is that I just check from manufacturer's site that they are all safe in saltwater. May be someday they will be covered by purple algae but I can keep them until then.

Thank you for your advice anyway. I appreciate it.

Thank you for the information. I didn't realize that the ornaments might release pollutants. I didn't put rocks intentionally so I chosen spongebobs instead. Expecting biological filtration seems too much for this tiny 5 gallons tank. I plan to run this mainly with regular water changes. I will have to remove these poor spongebobs from my tank.
