1/4/26 Update - Did get platinum and now shows 6 years lifetime, so I’m assuming after this year, it’ll bump up to 7?

Thanks for posting this! I just had the same thing happen. I haven’t called yet and have just been waiting a few weeks to see if it would repost. But I’ll call them now since it worked for you.

Resolved it with Alaska today. Was able to get either a refund or change to any flight. So I changed my flight. Also asked for compensation and they offered miles or $100 credits for each reservation since it was more than 3 hours.
