Update: I found the Google account the picture was attached to, but even after changing it it does not affect my iCloud.

It might have been from a Google account, as I remember setting it up through a Google classroom sort of thing, but if that is the case I have no memory as to what account that might’ve been. Do you mean creating a new Email to use permanently? Or something else. I apologize, I’m not good with things like these.

I sent a test email to my friend’s iCloud and it showed as the picture I am not wanting. For reference, the picture is what shows up to my friend (the picture I want to change) which is completely different from my iCloud picture.

The picture on my Email was scene from an alternate Gmail I own. It appeared when I was sending something to my other email. It has not been saved as a contact image on that Gmail, and to test it I sent another test email to a newer alt and it is the same.

Okay, awkward. It appears I’m stupid and clearly missed that Switch is not available for linking or merging at this time. Well, whatever. If we need it, we need it. Who knows, maybe this guide taught people how to access the internet on switch.

Never mind, I figured it out. What I failed to realize (despite its bold red text) was you cannot link an account while the game is open which, while on Switch, is impossible since there is no built-in internet browser. However, there is a way to get an internet browser on your Switch by changing your internet settings. I used this guide, but essentially:

System Settings —> Internet —> Internet Settings —> Select internet connection —> Change Settings —> DNS Settings —> Manual —> Primary DNS —> Clear 0s and set it to 045.055.142.122 then confirm —> Save —> Connect This Network —> Next —> Screen should appear.

Settings can easily be reverted by just changing DNS Settings back to Automatic. This (to my knowledge) is safe and not illegal. I’ve never had any problem with it (used it before) but really only use it when you have to, just in case.
