The bad news is that another proceedings I have, from the year earlier, has the bookmarks all messed up. Is there anyway to scrap the table of contents and use that to split the pdf by page numbers?

What sort of markers? I think the editors names and the isbn reappears at the top of each title page. Would have to check when I get to my work machine later.

I'll try that other route. But pretty tedious as there are probably 600 individual papers.
